所以說,吃過飯之後最好還是喝一碗熱湯或一杯溫開水。

我們懂得越多,活命的機會就越大。

七樣好東西 - 顛覆根深蒂固的錯誤飲食觀念

因緣際會下,有幸聽到吳寶芬講師的健康講座,在贏得滿堂喝采下,是抽絲剝繭地打破我根深蒂固的錯誤飲食觀念。為一改前非,將筆記好好整理一番!
七樣好東西是:
1/. 睡前喝豆漿、
2/. 每天早上兩顆蛋、
3/. 吃水果比吃蔬菜好、
4/. 綠茶效益勝過水、
5/. 天天來杯咖啡吧、
6/. 將癌細胞改邪歸正的地瓜、
7/. 蜆肉比蜆湯價值更高。

1/. 睡前喝豆漿、
睡前喝豆漿:豆漿富含100%的優質胺基酸,可製造充分的生長激素,促進身體的新陳代謝,消耗體內多餘的醣份和脂肪,所以睡前喝豆漿,有減肥的的效果,這就是「胺基酸減肥法」,又叫「懶人減肥法」。

此外,大豆富含異黃酮素(天然的雌激素),可降低血液中的膽固醇,保護心臟,預防心肌梗塞,所以女生得心血管疾病的機率只有男生的六分之一,異黃酮素並可抑制人體鈣質的流失,還可預防與基因遺傳有關的乳癌與腸癌,因此睡前喝上一杯250cc的豆漿,冷! 熱甜淡隨意,可讓您有一個好睡眠、好體質。

但是現在市面上的黃豆有80%是基因改造的,目前基因改造的食品對人體的影響如何還未可知,如何購買非基因改造豆漿,建議購買統一、味全、光泉、黑松、義美等各品牌,尤其義美豆漿便宜又無防腐劑喔,睡前喝比早上喝的效益更大。另外,早餐以豆漿加熱後打兩個蛋不加糖,可吸收好的蛋白質及好膽固醇。使孩子易長高。

2/. 每天早上兩顆蛋、
每天早上兩顆蛋:建議每天第一餐要吃兩顆七分熟的蛋,七分熟的煎蛋最好,蛋黃不要太熟,雞蛋當中含有100%HDL,是製造血清素的原料。
膽固醇可分為好的膽固醇(即HDL)與壞的膽固醇(即LDL),好的膽固醇每天攝取 0.3gm 即可。如果我們一天能夠吃兩個蛋,那就可以幫助人體攝取一日所需的蛋白質需求量,只要我們體內好! 的膽固醇含量提高,則壞的膽固醇含量相對的就會降低。然買蛋時建議購買「洗選蛋(CAS)」更佳;「阿婆鐵蛋」少吃,因其中蛋白質已變質,含致癌物喔!
好的膽固醇尚有沒有腳的海鮮類,有殼的最好,如蝦、蟹;但是魚皮, 魚鰓, 內臟及魚標禁吃,唯小卷的內臟可食,因富含防癌成分,小卷吃中間黑色粘多醣比較營養,又海參是海中生物中唯一零蛋白質的食物;再其次有好的膽固醇是兩隻腳的雞肉、鴨肉。

3/. 吃水果比吃蔬菜好、
吃水果比吃蔬菜好:當個「好色之徒」吧,吃水果要選香的,顏色鮮豔的,含有大量松脂,多吃對身體有益。且吃水果比吃蔬菜好,松脂成分可抗壓,如芒果要選土芒果,葡萄要吃紫葡萄,西瓜選無子大紅西瓜,香瓜選綠色的,哈蜜瓜要選肉色的,水果中以榴璉的松脂居第一。然今後別再吃葡萄柚因會抑制肝的解毒!

4/. 綠茶效益勝過水、
綠茶效益勝過水:建議喝綠茶來代替水和紅茶,因水帶不走身上不好的物質,紅茶為已發酵的熟茶,因此綠茶優於紅茶,多喝綠茶可以降低巴金森,且綠茶含兒茶素,能保護關節軟骨緩解疼痛。另外,泡過後無味的綠茶包,可用來擦過敏的皮膚跟濕疹唷!可買超市「世家」的綠茶包,很便宜喔!

5/. 天天來杯咖啡吧、
喝咖啡選阿拉伯豆:每天一杯咖啡,喝咖啡的好處是咖啡可抑制多巴胺L-Dopa,預防老化、巴金森氏症、防癌,咖啡會活化大腦命令四肢時所需要的傳導物,年老以後身手較為協調,壞處是喝咖啡會流失鈣與一些維他命。
懷孕前三個月禁喝,因易流產。此外,喝咖啡要選阿拉伯豆,不是爪哇豆,豆子要新鮮,放久了會產生黃麴毒素。建議可買超市雀巢咖啡粉,標示日本原裝,就是100%阿拉伯豆喔!三合一的亦可。運動前喝咖啡更好。
6/. 將癌細胞改邪歸正的地瓜、
地瓜導正病變細胞:地瓜含神經節肝酯,能導正病變細胞;且地瓜可以減肥,因為其澱粉是水溶性纖維,不會囤積體內。地瓜的甜味是多醣,對人體有益,比吃飯更有飽足感,建議一週可用一餐地瓜代替飯來吃。
地瓜愈紅愈甜愈好,烤的比水煮和蒸的好,且烤後連皮一起吃更好,超市有賣烤地瓜,一包100元。
7/. 蜆肉比蜆湯價值更高。
蜆肉比蜆湯價值更高:蜆精蜆湯蜆肉可以保肝,但蜆一定要熟食,禁吃生的,因含細菌;又,蜆蒸過後,吃蜆肉的價值比蜆精蜆湯更高喔!

專作放射線之醫師,認為『微波爐』會利用電波少一個正價電子,運用水分子之震盪使食物變熱,所以食物易變成自由基,就會容易致癌。所以偶而方便用一下,最好還是少用『微波爐』最好!

注意!肝臟有問題,尤其是得了肝炎時,
以下的四個現象,不可以有任何一個現象是經常性的發

一、右上腹悶痛。

二、右後腰酸痛。

三、右肩感覺酸、麻、痛,甚至造成右手舉不起來。

四、小腿晚上睡覺時,容易抽筋。

肝臟出現問題時,我們的身體會產生的現象會有 :

肝臟像拳頭一樣,有正面,有背面,正面如果硬化、腫大,

會擠到我們的肋間神經,肋間神經就會脹痛;

如果在背後,會造成右腰酸痛。

u 全身的筋,都由肝臟主管,晚上血液必須進到肝,

若肝臟有問題,血液進到肝臟會比較困難,所以翻來覆去睡不著;

血液好不容易進入肝臟,出去也相對的困難,全身的筋需要血來滋養,

人在睡覺翻身的時後需要動,動就需要血液提供,

血液不容易從肝臟出來,筋就會僵硬,僵硬過度就會抽筋。

u 肝臟不好,晚上睡眠品質會不好,翻來覆去不容易睡著;

起床後口乾、口苦、口臭,刷牙時牙齦會流血。

u 平常為食物沒有興趣,不吃不餓,吃一點點就有飽感;

走路走個兩步小腿就會很酸,會感覺全身越來越疲勞,

手腳也是越來越沒有力。

u 肝臟不好的人,腳會經常扭到,扭到了又好不了,

不小心割傷了,傷口也不容易癒合。

u 喜歡喝酒的朋友,忽然酒量減少了。或是有久治不癒的皮膚病,週而復始好不了。

有前述的任何一個現象,有經常性發作的,就要注意『肝』了 !

和乳癌說bye-bye的水果

乳癌,它一直都是女性朋友的隱憂,想想萬一要把最能讓人注目的部位切除掉,那是多麼難過的事啊!不過你知道嗎?有個水果可是可以讓你跟乳癌說掰掰喔!

加拿大氰化物大學研究人員發現,番茄汁內所含的番茄紅素具有防止乳癌的效果,特別是像番茄醬、番茄汁或是番茄湯等經過加工的番茄食品的番茄紅素特別容易為人體吸引,降低罹患乳癌的效果比直接生吃番茄還要好。如果達到預防效果每天須吸收廿五毫克的番茄紅素。英國『衛報』報導,前此有研究顯示食用番茄可以減少男人罹患攝護腺癌和心臟痘機率,而這項由一家茄醬公司贊助的研究則發現,番茄、西瓜與紅葡萄呈現紅色的番茄紅素可以預防乳癌、子宮頸癌、前列腺癌、結腸癌與心臟病,其中又以預防乳癌的效果特別顯著。而且也應吃足量的新鮮蔬果以維健康。
去脂食物

(1).凍豆腐
根據報導指出,凍豆腐能吸收胃腸道以及全身組織的脂肪,有利脂肪的排泄。

(2).鳳梨
鳳梨有蛋白質分解酵素,具有分解魚、肉的功能,吃過大餐後可以吃它。但是吃涼的東西會不舒服的人,儘量少吃它。

(3).陳皮
漢方的陳皮,對脾、肺很好,可以幫助消化、排除胃部的氣、減少腹部脂肪的堆積。但是有心臟、血管毛病的人最好少吃!

(4).薏仁
味道微甜的薏仁除了美白治痘,對水腫型的肥胖也很有幫助。但是孕婦禁止吃哦!

(5).烏賊
烏賊的脂肪含量,每 100g才有0.7g,是很不容易害妳變胖的食物。

(6).木瓜
木瓜有輕微的興奮作用。本草綱目說,木瓜可以去水腫、治腳氣病。關節不好的人,也可以吃木瓜改善哦!

(7).竹筍
竹筍具有低脂、低糖、多粗纖維的特點,可防止便祕。但竹筍有難溶性的草酸鈣,胃潰瘍的人不可多吃!

(8).綠豆芽
含有較高的磷、鐵之外,主要含有大量的水份,多吃綠豆芽,也不易形成脂肪在皮下

1天3次排便,降低膽固醇
所謂膽固醇,是指被人體攝取的脂肪未被分解成為養分,而囤積在體內的脂肪,因此變成了膽固醇和脂肪廢物,而這類物質又以動物性脂肪所形成的較多,就算你一點脂肪和油都不吃,肝臟每天自己也會製造1,000~1,500亳克的膽固醇,來供應身體的需求。
血液中的膽固醇一旦過度增加,血液就變得較沈重,黏性也會增大,要輸送這種血液,心臟的負荷變得沈重,心臟機能自然也受到了影響。同時黏附在血管的氧化膽固醇,不僅有害血管,也會堆積在血管壁內,而使血管受到堵塞失去彈性,這種情形就像水管長期使用後,裡面會生鏽一樣。
膽固醇愈積愈多,則原本流暢的血管將變得狹窄,全體血管所受的壓力也會增大,於是就會發生高血壓,嚴重的甚至會有腦溢血的現象。不過,膽固醇雖是油的一種,也並非只有壞處,它是幫助肝臟製造膽汁、合成荷爾蒙和維生素D3的重要原料。而且體內本來就會自行合成膽固醇,主要是在肝臟進行,體內的膽固醇僅有25%需來自食物。
肝臟的運作如同汽車一般,汽車是透過排氣管排除廢氣,我們身體裡的肝臟則是將壞膽固醇、多餘的鈣、氧化的油、毒素、廢物等送進膽囊,膽囊再將這些廢物製成膽汁,由膽管流入十二指腸,以幫助分化脂肪及我們吃進的油脂、脂肪變成油酸,部分油酸會被肝臟靜脈吸收,另一部分則由淋巴管吸收或被送入大腸內。
使用過的膽汁沿著小腸流入大腸,可以潤滑大腸壁,幫助蠕動並加速排便,同特也將這些膽汁連同大便,一起排出體外。但如果長期大便緩慢,甚至有宿便、便祕的情形,膽汁就會在腸內停留過久,而被回收到肝臟,使得肝臟的負荷增加同時也使膽固醇升高。
由於我們身體裡的膽囊,只是一個小小的袋型器官,無法承受過多肝臟送進的壞膽固醇與毒素,因而過多的壞膽固醇、毒素就被遺留在肝臟內,再被送進血液中,因此血液中的膽固醇就會上升。但如果膽囊製造的膽汁,無法被排出十二指腸,久而久之,膽汁就會漸漸變得濃稠,變得乾燥,最後形成膽結石,阻塞了膽汁的流通,因而妨礙膽汁進入十二指腸分化脂肪。
雖然食用油和脂肪還可以經由胰臟分泌出的脂肪酶分化,但當膽汁無法執行任務,只剩下脂肪酶單打獨鬥,是無法將全部脂肪分化的,而這些部分沒被分化的脂肪流入大腸內,如果沒有快速隨大便排出,也會使膽固醇升高。
 
降膽固醇藥物,非解決高膽固醇的最好方法
肝臟每天約製造1,000~1,500百毫克的膽固醇,供應全身細胞、皮膚組織及身體各器官的需求,並協助製造荷爾蒙。沒有足夠的膽固醇,就無法製造足夠的荷爾蒙,沒有足夠的荷爾蒙,就會加速我們老化、掉髮、陽痿、性無能等問題的產生。
要知道肝臟製造膽固醇的管道,同時也是製造輔酶Q10的管道,若沒有足夠的輔酶Q10,心臟便無法伸展肌肉和收縮,導致心臟停止跳動而死亡。輔酶Q10是由米糠所提煉出來的,一天要吃20碗糙米飯才能得到足夠的輔酶Q10,這是不可能做到的,所以只有適時補充輔酶Q10,或停止服用降膽固醇藥物,才能根本解決心臟停止跳動的危機。
雖然降低膽固醇的藥,在目前被廣泛的使用,也有一定的效果,但不能忽略的是,降膽固醇藥會將製造膽固醇的管道阻塞、切斷,肝臟便無法製造膽固醇送入血液中,血液中膽固醇自然而然下降,但也會提高心跳停止、突然死亡的機率。
此外,服用降膽固醇的藥,有時還有伴隨頭痛、呼吸困難、脾氣暴躁等副作用,長期服用降膽固醇的藥,還會使人加速老化,甚至導致肝癌、肝臟硬化等罹患機率。若不得已必須服用降膽固醇藥的同時,建議必須加倍服用輔酶Q10,來幫助心臟肌肉的伸展和收縮。
然而,服用降膽固醇的藥,並非解決高膽固醇最好的方法,想要降低膽固醇的第一個步驟,就是必須保持一天3~4次的排便。第二個步驟則是打通膽囊,排除膽結石,讓膽汁順暢流入食道內。
 
降低膽固醇的二大步驟
 
第一步,保持一天3~4次排便
可維持一天喝六杯蔬果原汁,搭配二盤生菜沙拉與十穀豆米飯飯,加上服食全天然的纖維粉(纖維粉並不會影響腸子蠕動過快,也不會拉肚子。建議選擇無色、無味不含人工色素和無添加果糖甜味的為佳),以及一天飲用八杯蒸餾水,水記得要慢慢地喝,才能有效幫助排便。
一天若能保持約3~4次排便,不僅可以排除體內宿便,還能確保吃進的食用油、脂肪,不被回收到肝臟,藉以減輕肝臟負博,使其恢復正常功能。
 
第二步,打通膽囊、排除膽結石
要排除膽結石,必須先保持一天有3~4次的排便,給予食道空間才能將膽結石排掉。在美國,一年約有一百萬人因為膽結石被割掉膽囊,數據非常驚人!許多人因為無知,白白地被醫生割掉這十分重要的小器官,實際上,只需要4天時間,就能將膽結石以自然的方式排出體外,可說非常簡單。
 
只需4天就能排除膽結石的方法
所需準備的材料
• 3瓶32盎司(約949cc)的有機蘋果汁、或3瓶32盎司(約949cc)的活性水(建議糖尿病患者使用)。
• 1瓶純磷酸P30(Ortho-phosphoric acid)。
• 1瓶橄欖油(任一種類、品牌都可以,1瓶約750cc)。
• 3顆檸檬。
• 1小盒硫酸鎂,又名瀉鹽(Epsom salt),可在一般的西藥房或有機食品店買到。
• 1小瓶500cc的梨子汁或500cc的芭樂汁(糖尿病患者需改用沒有添加糖分的朝芭樂汁)
食用方法和順序
第一天:將1毫升(約90滴)純磷酸,倒入32盎司蘋果汁內(或32盎司的活性水中),搖晃混合後,在中午前將其喝完,純磷酸將有助於軟化膽石。
三餐必須喝蔬果汁(一天6杯),再搭配生菜沙拉和十穀豆米飯並服用纖維粉,如此能達到一天有3~4次的排便。
第二天:與第一天一樣。
第三天:與第一天一樣。
但在下午3~4點時,將1大匙硫酸鎂,加入250cc溫的蒸餾水中,混合後立刻服下。晚上6點(可隨個人的吃飯時間做彈性調整),吃些少量晚餐,並於3小時後,將250cc橄欖油、3顆檸檬壓汁,加上1/2杯梨子汁(或芭樂汁)用蔬果機慢速混合打成乳狀後,立即飲用。喝完後,立刻上床,將身體側向右邊躺下,並把右腳膝蓋彎曲,壓在肝臟部位,在床上靜臥30分鐘就可起床,做任何事。
第四天:早上一起床,將1大匙硫酸鎂,加入250cc溫的蒸餾水中混合後立刻飲下。記得一天之內要喝8杯蒸餾水,並於每杯水中加入2小匙纖維粉,一天喝8次,以確定能使腸內的膽結石經由糞便全數排出體外(此為一種排毒做法,不會痛、也沒感覺)。第一次排便沒有看見什麼東西,第二次排便就會看見很多膽結石浮在馬桶的水上,第三次排便只有少許,第四次就沒有了。
排出的膽結石可能小如砂石、綠豆,也有可能大如豌豆、蠶豆,顏色則有青色、黃色或棕色。身體排出膽結石10天後,會感覺身心輕鬆、心情愉快及不易發怒,皮膚也變得細緻光滑,口臭、體臭都會在10天內獲得改善。
身體容易產生結石的人,可於每年春天和初秋兩季,利用上述的方法,自行排除膽結石,清除體內毒素。
此外,飲食方面,也要盡量避免煎、炸、炒、烤等食物,同時戒除咖啡、茶及汽水類的飲品,還要避免奶類製品,例如牛奶、牛油、乳酪、冰淇淋、巧克力等,也記得不要同時吃豆腐和煮熟的菠菜。當然,喝水是最佳的方法,記得多喝蒸餾水,一天必須飲用8杯,才能發揮效果。同時也可在吃飯前喝一杯甜菜根汁,或每天早上用2大匙橄欖油加一顆檸檬壓汁,混合後喝下,就可避免再發生結石。
除了排除膽結石,如果有腎結石的困擾,則可以將4顆檸檬壓汁,加入半加侖(約2公升)的活性水內,在一天之內將其喝完,如此連續飲用3~4天,加上勤做足部腎臟反射區的按摩,腎結石也會溶解(不論大或小的腎結石都可被溶解),並被排出體外。
記得!每天運動30分鐘,多吃蔬菜水果,飲用6杯蔬果原汁,排除體內結石,就是如此簡單。
 
吳醫師小叮嚀
• 這四天的的排石,也可用來幫助清肝 。
• 一般的人雖然沒有感覺結石,但多多少少都有膽沙,可在每年春季做四天,將膽沙排掉,避免以後發生結石的痛苦。

A friend of mine recently had a growth in her womb and she underwent an operation to remove the cyst.
The cyst removed was filled with a dark colored blood. She thought that she would be recovered after the surgery but!
she was terribly wrong.


A relapse occurred just a few months later. Distressed , she rushed down to her gynecologist for a consultation.

During her consultation, her doctor asked her a question that puzzled her.
He ask if she was a frequent consumer of chicken wings and she replied yes wondering as to how, he knew of her eating habits.
You see, the truth is in this modern day and age; chickens are injected with steroids to accelerate their growth
so that the needs of this society can be met. This need is none other than the need for food.

揭開 - 骨質疏鬆症發生的秘密



骨質疏鬆症的發生,其實是鈣質與蛋白質的一場鬥爭!
她已經七十多歲了,平常非常注重身體的保養,
每天清晨除了運動二小時外,飲食方面更力求均衡,
尤其牛奶必定「不少於三大杯」,以攝取豐富的鈣質,
她心想,這樣縝密的飲食習慣,骨質疏鬆症絕對與我無緣。
可是,她到馬來西亞旅遊,第二天一個不小心踩空,
左小腿斷得碎碎的,返國住了二個月的院,
醫生證實:骨質非常脆弱,有「嚴重」的骨質疏鬆症。
像這樣的例子,社會上比比皆是。

大家的觀念總以為每天只要多喝牛奶,
吃小魚乾、燉排骨湯等含豐富鈣質食物,
就不會發生骨質疏鬆症,其實是一知半解。

「乳品委員會」給國人的建議量是每日攝取含鈣量 1,000 毫克最適合,
但奇怪的是,住在非洲仍過著幾近原始生活的班圖婦女,
每日雖只攝取 350 毫克鈣質,竟不曾有骨質疏鬆症發生。
反觀世界上每日攝取含鈣量最高的愛斯基摩土著,
每天都吃魚,含鈣量達 2,000 毫克,是正常值的二倍,
卻是世界上疏鬆症最嚴重的地方。

而美國、英國乳品消耗量最多的國家,疏鬆症也最普遍,
道理到底在那裡?

原來疏鬆症的發生不在於你攝取的鈣夠不夠,
鈣質量的多少並不會影響你得疏鬆症,
關鍵在你能不能「保持」鈣質不被流失。

那麼鈣質為什麼會流失呢?因為國人嗜吃「肉、奶、蛋」等蛋白質含量豐富的食物,
身體內蛋白質太多會造成「酸性」體質,人體一旦酸質化, 身體為了維持平衡,
自然而然地會自「骨骼」中提取鈣質來中和酸性,成為微鹼狀態;
試想,一個人經年累月被抽鈣質來中和,
骨骼中的鈣質每天流失,怎麼會不造成骨質疏鬆症呢?

因此,元凶是「蛋白質過量」,流失了鈣質,而非鈣質吃得不夠。
那麼檢驗一下,我們每日飲食蛋白質真的過量嗎?
根據國科會的建議,人體正常的蛋白質量,
以體重 60 公斤 的女人為例,每天只需 45 公克就夠了(男人約需 50 公克),
以純素食的人而言,輕易就可得到 57 公克,
何況肉食主義者,隨便一塊肉、一個蛋就過量了。

牛奶的含鈣量固然很高,可是蛋白質更高,
所以牛奶喝越多的人鈣質流失更多,
加上「肉、蛋」是高蛋白質食物,骨質疏鬆症不發生才怪,
所以不要怪鈣質攝取夠不夠,正常飲食鈣質一定夠,
鈣質多或少不會造成疏鬆症,蛋白質過量才是元凶。

遠離癌症十六點建議
1. 人體內,多少都會有癌細胞,只是一般檢查無法偵測出,直到癌細胞數量增至數十億時,才會被發現‧醫生說癌症已經治癒,他的意思是,癌細胞數量已減少到無法偵測的程度‧
2. 人生一輩子,癌細胞平均出現六到十次‧
3. 人體免疫系統強壯時,癌細胞遭遏殺,不致於增加,變成腫瘤‧
4. 病人罹患癌症,表示他體內出現多重營養缺陷,這可能是基因、環境、食物及生活方式造成的
5. 改變飲食,添加營養品,可增強免疫系統,改正多重營養缺陷‧
6. 化學療法可毒殺快速增長的癌細胞,但也破壞骨髓、腸胃裡的健全細胞,損壞肝、腎、心、肺等器官‧
7. 放射線療法雖殺死癌細胞,但也燒毀、殺傷、破壞到正常的細胞、組織、及器官‧

a) 糖 ‧癌細胞生長需要糖,阻斷糖的供應,就缺乏主要的養分‧替代糖,如 Nutra Sweet 、 Equal 、 Spoonful等,都含人工甘味劑 Aspartame,有害人體‧較好的天然替代品,是活性麥蘆卡蜂蜜,或糖漿,但只宜少量使用‧白鹽通常添加一種化學物,顏色才會變白‧較好的替代物是無鹽醬油〈 Bragg's aminos〉或海鹽‧
b) 牛奶 使人體產生黏液,尤其是腸胃的消化液‧癌細胞生長需要黏液‧不喝牛奶,而代之以無糖的豆漿,癌細胞就會餓死‧
c) 癌細胞在 酸性環境 中大量繁殖‧肉類食品屬酸性,最好少吃豬、牛肉,多吃魚或雞‧肉類食品含有家畜抗生素、成長賀爾蒙、寄生蟲,這些都有害人體,尤其是癌症病患‧
d) 飲食中 80%包括新鮮蔬菜、果汁、全穀食品、種子、堅果、及水果,這樣有助於把體質改變為鹼性‧其他 20% 可吃煮熟的食物,包括豆類‧新鮮的蔬菜汁提供活性酶 ,容易被吸收,可在 15 分鐘內到達細胞層,使健康的細胞增進生長‧要獲得活性 酶,每天喝新鮮蔬菜汁兩、三次〈大多數的蔬菜都可以,包括豆芽菜〉,並吃點生菜‧ 酶在攝氏 40度〈華氏 104度〉就遭破壞‧
e) 咖啡、茶、巧克力,含有高量的咖啡因,不宜飲用,可代之以綠茶,綠茶具抗癌成分‧飲水方面,最好喝淨化水,或過濾水,避免用水龍頭流出的水,因其含有毒素和重金屬‧蒸餾水屬酸性,也不宜飲用‧

12. 肉蛋白需要很多消化酶 才能消化掉‧腸道內尚未消化的殘餘肉類,會腐化生膿,累積更多的毒素‧
13. 癌細胞壁上覆蓋一層粗厚的蛋白質‧少吃肉,多吃素,就可讓更多的 酶 去攻擊癌細胞壁,使人體內的殺手細胞,去消滅癌細胞‧

戴奧辛化學物會致癌,尤其是乳癌‧戴奧辛對人體細胞有劇毒‧塑膠瓶裝水,不可冷凍,這樣會導致塑膠釋放戴奧辛‧城堡醫院康福專案經理,艾德華‧藤本博士最近上電視節目,解釋此一破壞健康的事情‧他談到戴奧辛,及其禍害‧他說,食物不該放在塑膠盒內,拿到微波爐裡加熱,尤其是含有脂肪的食物‧

因為脂肪、高溫、加上塑膠,會釋放戴奧辛到食物,最後進入人體細胞‧他反而推薦大家用玻璃來裝食物加熱,像康寧器皿,派熱克斯玻璃,或瓷器‧你可達到相同的結果,卻不含戴奧辛‧所以,像電視大餐,速食麵,速食湯等,都要從原來的盒中取出,換用別的東西裝起來加熱‧

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few
billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumours.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental,
food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow,
gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet,
Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better naturalsubstitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment.
About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and
drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat
some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer.
Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies.
Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.

Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.

He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers.

This especially applies to foods that contain fat.

He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.

Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food.
You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.

Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.

He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.

Cover food with a paper towel instead.

多觸摸檢查每個家人的左嶀W背



廖風德先生登山暈倒事件,暴露了我們每一位家屬的無知與無助,心血管疾病應是主要問題!
小弟看報載廖風德的相片,推定他的脖子應是經常僵硬不舒服的,因為他的臉頰不像我們一般人柔軟,臉頰靠耳的脖子也比一般人略粗,這是心血管疾病的高危險群。

之前的藝人馬兆駿就是最顯明的例子,他也是急性休克致命!
為了家人及自己的健康小弟在此提供一個最好又有效的救命方式: 平日多觸摸檢查每個家人的左後上背,左後上背肩胛骨轉彎處右方約1-2吋的心俞穴是心臟出現異常主治穴!
如心俞穴凸出者按壓會疼痛或癢(每個人的感受不一樣),小弟治過幾位客人都因感冒致呼吸不順暢(糖尿病患者更要心俞與肝俞並治) ,經過我幫他們解開此穴位阻塞,人就舒服了。
平日多按摩此穴就不會有心臟異常的問題,如果有人呼吸不上來,或將近休克時,用靠手腕的手掌在此心俞穴微微用力壓揉(順時針方向),不舒服者會即時恢復正常的呼吸,此時也務必給他一杯溫水,幫助血液循環。
此心俞穴因沒有前面胸骨的阻擋,按壓時就是心臟的後方穴位,所以恢復得快速!從背後治療或急救絕對比前面還快!且急救前胸骨有壓斷的危險性。

青蔥, 香菜 --- A型肝炎禍首

從來沒想過,但看起來,的確是有可能的...

最近數起A型肝炎的食品中毒事件,禍首竟然是青蔥。

青蔥最好別生吃,在顯微鏡下有好多噁心的虫虫
沒錯.以前修microbiology 時,在顯微鏡下, 看過蔥管內有好多噁心的虫虫..蛋蛋....。

還有:香菜也是(常見大量 fungus), 而且與香菜同保存的食物也會遭到染污 ,而且更噁''''。

所以奉勸愛生吃香菜、青蔥的姊妹們,先把牠燙死再吃!
飲食衛生青蔥最好別生吃。

中國人愛吃脆皮烤鴨, 往往將脆皮烤鴨肉包著生的青蔥段裹著甜麵醬吃;

吃炒米粉、貢丸湯、肉羹湯、麵湯、餛飩湯、火鍋料理、 燒烤料理及魚肉料理時,也免不了要來點兒青蔥花提味。

中國人生吃青蔥的機會實在太多了,麵攤、火鍋店,各個餐廳? VIP房裡索性就擺一大碗青蔥花,讓消費者自行取用, 但是,愛吃青蔥花的人在下箸前可得? 思了, 因為美國食品藥物管理局日前呼籲消費者注意, 最近數起 A型肝炎的食品中毒事件,禍首竟然是青蔥
A型肝炎病毒是一種肝臟疾病, 通常在感染A型肝炎病毒六週後會有症狀, 輕微者是發燒、腹瀉、噁心、嘔吐、無食慾、腹痛、 疲倦、皮膚變黃。嚴重者則引發為肝臟疾病。

美國食品藥物管理局建議消費者應將青蔥放入鍋中加蓋完全煮熟,或在烹煮魚、肉類或其他料理
放入青蔥時,也應將青蔥完全煮熟後再吃, 以降低罹患 A型肝炎的風險

豬肉內幕 ( 一定要看 )



朋友賣了八年多豬肉,也不曾看 他賣豬脖子肉。
看來滿有道理的; 豬血因殺豬時 流在地上再從水溝回收也滿髒 ,所以也不曾看過他有賣。
豬肺也是不太能食用 (朋友告訴我的)。
豬要送去殺前一星期會先停用抗生素,不然肉色會像黑青似的,賣不出去 !
有人的朋友是開養豬場,他的朋友說:
「 現在的豬沒有不吃抗生素長大的,養豬大概只要花半年的時間就可賣了,豬農為了怕豬生病 ,所以都把抗素加 在豬飼料裡 。
有沒有想過,一包水餃100粒也不過才100元左右,扣除運費、機器廠房折舊費、管銷費用、廣告費等等,每顆水餃的 原料能剩多少錢買?
所以通常水餃的肉 是包豬脖子肉 。豬 脖子肉有什麼 特點?
吃過 雞脖子的時候仔細看看,脖子皮裡面都會有一粒一粒的,裡面的東西 鬆鬆軟軟的,通常媽媽都會要我們把皮丟掉,因為那個很 髒 。
如果看過的人就知道,那是 一隻雞最可怕的地方,因為雞的垃圾都是積在裡面。
同樣的 豬脖子肉也是一樣,動物的脖子是淋巴最多的地方,病毒都會在那兒 。
吃多了豬脖子肉, 會破壞人的免疫系統(因為豬吃了太多抗生素)為了您的健康, 請少吃冷凍水餃。 (肉圓、湯圓等絞肉做的食品最好都少吃,外面為了節 ;省成本,都是買豬脖子這種便宜又大碗的肉做的)
PS ..末梢神經是最容易積存身體髒東西的地方 ,所以雞頭、雞腳、內臟 最好都不要吃。

*電腦族的殺手---胸廓出口症

常坐在電腦桌前的你,是否一坐就是好幾個小時而且坐姿不正確,總感到莫名肩頸疼痛,甚至於無心工作?
現在請你作個小測驗,請你將你的頭向左側方向望去,然後將你的頭45度朝下慢慢彎下去,動作做到這裡你的脖子頸肩是否感到不正常的酸痛?
對假使你有上述症狀,你可要小心了,因為你很可能得到現代電腦文明病「胸廓出口症候群」的受害者
所謂胸廓出口症候群(Thoracic out-let syndrome),是指鄰近胸部第一肋骨以及前鋸肌附近的纖維組織,壓迫到周遭的神經血管組織,如臂叢神經或鎖骨下動脈所引起。這三處任何一處壓迫到到神經集會造成與椎間盤突出或骨刺壓迫到神經一樣,會有手部酸麻現象,但胸廓出口症候群的症狀會比一般椎間盤突出或骨刺壓迫神經的症狀更複雜,因胸廓出口症候群除了壓迫到神經外,尚會壓迫到下鎖骨動脈與下鎖骨靜脈。如果是壓迫到下鎖骨動脈,通常可見手掌呈蒼白狀;若是壓迫到鎖骨下靜脈,則會使手掌呈現暗藍色且造成水腫現象。
對於此症的治療,一般會視壓迫的嚴重程度,給予不同的姿勢及伸展運動建議,而如遠紅外線、低能量雷射、經皮電刺激(TENS)等物理治療,都有不錯的療效。另外也會開立一些消炎藥及改善循環的藥物,幫助症狀的改善,痠麻無力較嚴重者,會使用神經保護劑來防止神經再受傷,及抗凝血劑以預防血管進一步阻塞。
胸廓出口症生活中常見的症狀:
l 酸痛,主要是沿著肩膀、上臂直至手掌背側。
l 手部發麻即針刺感。
l 皮膚感覺異常,用手觸摸好側與患側時可明顯感受到觸摸不一樣,而有時沐浴時也可明顯感受到好側與患側對於水溫感受不同,特別是冷水。
l 患側手背水腫,特別是在手掌背側及除拇指外其餘四指的基部,此水腫現像常發生於一早醒來,再慢慢消失。

Petai contains three natural sugars -sucrose, fructose and glucose. Combined with fiber, petai gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.
