現在的理髮店裡乾洗按摩的方法很流行,理髮師在你的頭髮上倒上乾洗用的洗髮水,就開始搓揉頭髮,再幫你按摩頭部、頸部。按摩使頭部的皮膚鬆馳、放鬆、毛孔開放,並通過不斷地按摩促進血液循環,而此時你的頭上全是冰涼的化學洗髮水,這時做按摩會讓頭部的血液循環加快,直接的後果就是吸收化學洗髮水的能力大大增強,從而讓寒氣通過鬆弛、大開的毛孔直接進入你的頭部,後患無窮。
真不知這是什麼人發明的害人方法,而且還流行得那麼廣。其實,只要有一點保健常識的人都能想明白這個道理,居然還會有那麼多的人仍然常常在做這種對身體有極大害處的按摩。
大概是在10年前,這種方法才剛剛興起。我去理髮店洗頭、理髮,老闆給我推薦了這種方法,就答應嘗試一次。因為我的體質非常敏感,帶著冰涼的化學洗髮水按摩完後,我的頭就發蒙、發緊、疼痛,回家後就開始發燒、流鼻涕。我趕緊一邊用溫水泡腳,一邊喝生薑紅糖水,還把兩隻手臂也一起放在桶裡泡,很快就出汗了,汗一出來,頭也就不再難受了。以後我就提醒家人和朋友,千萬別在洗頭的同時按摩。
一次,一個四十多歲的朋友,因頭痛做CT後確診為輕度腦梗,在醫院住院輸液。這個朋友一貫注重儀表,頭髮總是吹得很飄逸。她說,頭痛已好幾年了,也沒在意,可這次頭痛發作得厲害,一檢查是腦梗,想想就害怕。我問她是不是每次去理髮店吹頭的時候,都做那種乾洗按摩?她說,是呀,已有好幾年了,每星期去洗頭、吹頭都做,越是頭痛越想去做按摩,按摩後好像好一些,回家以後頭還是痛。我說你的頭痛及腦梗都是這個按摩造成的,寒氣會在按摩的時候侵入你的頭部,引起腦部血管的收縮,時間久了,就會血管變細,而化學物質的進入,則極易堵塞血管,久而久之就使你患上了腦梗。從現在起,你天天用溫水泡腳,隔幾天再抓一小把艾葉加水煮10分鐘後一起泡,發汗、祛寒。另外,也可用熱水多泡雙手,水溫一定要偏燙一些,手泡過後要有明顯的發麻現象,這樣能很明顯地緩解頭痛。同時注意多吃溫熱的食物,用以補血、補腎、增加腦部的供血,並忌掉一切寒涼的食物。以後再去洗頭,一定要先洗頭,把頭洗乾淨並且吹幹後,再進行頭部按摩,最後再讓他們幫你整理髮型,這樣既讓你過了按摩的癮,又不會傷害你的身體。
這位朋友回家後就按我說的方法去做,不但腦梗塞慢慢消失了,頭痛的毛病也徹底治好了。
不要小看這些細節問題,它們已經違反了生命的規律,長此以往,就會造成對身體的傷害,如果仍然堅持不改的話,甚至會危及生命。

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body.
These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. W hen doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.
3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumours.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.
9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

CANCER CELLS FEED ON :

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off an important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc. are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people
with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and
a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try to drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caf feine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.
14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital was on a TV program to explain this health hazard.

He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high he at, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as CorningWare, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, e tc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper.
It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware , etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper.
The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in&n bsp; the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.
Cover food with a paper towel instead.

豆漿減肥可致低血糖


豆漿減肥可致低血糖

(明報專訊) 減肥風氣隨夏天到來而漸漸升溫,台灣最近便流行一種「豆漿減肥法」,以無糖高纖豆漿取代早晚正餐,有人嘗試後聲稱可在6周內減輕12公斤。有本地營養師表示,該豆漿減肥法的卡路里低於人類每日正常攝取量,有減肥效果不足為奇,並指出該餐單的複合碳水化合物含量偏低,長期服用會出現疲勞、脾氣暴躁等低血糖症狀。

台灣流行 稱2周減12公斤

據台灣網站指出,該減肥方法由當地醫生楊名權設計,他表示,無糖高纖豆漿含高蛋白、高纖及低熱量,以其取代主餐的澱粉糧食,可避免肌肉與骨質因減肥而流失。減肥餐單建議人們早晚各飲用一瓶450毫升的無糖高纖豆漿,並輔以蔬果增加飽肚感,午餐不需飲豆漿,但要注意營養均衡與熱量控制於600卡路里內,可隨意配搭食物。

楊名權亦指出,用者必須持續每日作帶氧運動30分鐘才可加強瘦身效果,當地有男子在試用餐單的6星期後,聲稱體重減輕12公斤,令該餐單引來網民熱烈討論。本地註冊營養師劉立儀看過餐單後表示,豆漿減肥法並非人人合適。

痛風腎衰竭病人不宜採用

她解釋,成年女性每日應攝取1200至1500卡路里,男性則需要1500至2000卡路里,該餐單主要以無糖高纖豆漿取代早晚正餐,每日大約僅含1100卡路里,低於標準,「飲用豆漿和蔬菜沙律不能飽肚,加上卡路里偏低,任何人使用該餐單也可減輕體重,不足為奇」。

「值得注意的是,黃豆含有『普林』物質,不適合痛風病患者食用,而且該餐單的蛋白質含量偏高,慢性腎衰竭病人亦不宜食用。」

劉立儀亦提醒普通市民,該減肥法不宜長期使用,否則會出現低血糖症狀。

身體缺氧 慢性病跟著來

每天頻打呵欠、心情煩悶、長吁短嘆、忘東忘西?你可能已經慢性缺氧了!中醫內科醫學會祕書長王剴鏘醫師指出,衛生署發布國人的十大死因都與慢性缺氧息息相關,長期處於慢性缺氧狀態,等於讓自己暴露在生命危險當中,而毫無警覺。

王剴鏘說,很多人被工作壓得喘不過氣來,都以為是疲勞或壓力大而引起,卻輕忽這些都是「慢性缺氧」常見症狀。他引述104人力銀行「上班族身心健康」調查指出,上班族有58.2%每天都感到疲勞、57.6%感到腰酸背痛5.5%常常打呵欠想睡覺,甚至引發頭痛、眼睛痛等身體不適現象。

一般民眾普遍認為「氧」或「呼吸」是很自然的事,卻未警覺到環境汙染、工作壓力與緊張生活、缺乏運動,都會使人處於慢性缺氧狀態,引發慢性疾病。
 抗氧化能力弱 癌症年輕化

王剴鏘表示,台灣慢性疾病及癌症有年輕化趨勢,多因體內缺氧所致,自由基亂竄,抗氧化能力減弱,輕微的會頻打呵欠,或出現注意力下降、記憶力減退現象;嚴重的細胞缺氧,則會造成疾病,例如:高血壓、心肌梗塞甚至癌症。

他指出,當細胞缺氧時會引起ATP(三磷酸腺苷)缺乏,細胞如果ATP不足,血液及細胞液內的鈉鉀平衡會發生改變,減弱細胞和血液的「電場」,導致礦物質「流出」到細胞周圍,體液和血液會開始所謂的「礦物質沉澱」。如果發生在關節就會有關節炎、在眼睛發生就會產生白內障、在動脈就會有動脈硬化,如果在肌肉周圍,會引發痙攣或反應遲鈍。

十大死因與慢性缺氧關聯也很大,王剴鏘表示,缺氧使細胞癌化而易致癌症。心臟衰竭產生循環障礙,造成組織缺氧引發全身性的功能障礙,進一步造成心臟衰竭及血管硬化,尤其中風後長期臥床,使心肺功能下降而缺氧,是致命的重要原因。慢性缺氧也會造成組織水腫,而引起高血壓。

在糖尿病方面,缺氧會傷害胰臟功能加重併發症。還會增加憂鬱症的負面能量,焦慮症則會增加氧氣的消耗、惡化缺氧狀態,增加自殺機率。

3要1少 建立補氧新觀念
醫師呼籲民眾,正確建立「3要1少」的補氧新觀念。1要睡眠充足,每天睡飽8小時,讓身體休息。2要有足夠運動時間,每天運動最少30分鐘。3要飲食均衡,建立每日5蔬果的飲食習慣,尤其愈鮮艷的蔬果、所含抗氧化物質愈多,例如花椰菜、甘藍菜、核桃、柿子、梨子、草莓等。4為居住環境少汙染。

測試缺氧 先做運動
自己是否缺氧其實是可辨別的,王剴鏘說,如果運動後有改善,表示平時恐怕是慢性缺氧;如果運動後更累,有可能是慢性疲勞症候群,累積半年便會產生疾病。慢性疾病會在挑戰狀態下出現症狀,如:爬樓梯或爬山時胸悶。了解是否缺氧,也可以抽血方式來檢驗。

慢性病患若想健身,可緩慢從事有氧運動,一方面耗氧也能同時攝取氧,但應避免無氧運動,如:百米衝刺、舉重、短時間快速寫字或快速爬樓梯。而在過冷的冷氣房中,也會消耗人體內氧氣。

Economy class syndrome is the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis in air travelers. The term was first coined in the late 1980s when it turned out that people who had traveled long distances by airplane were at an increased risk for thrombosis, especially deep venous thrombosis and its main complication, pulmonary embolism. Although all these diseases had been recognised for a long time, the possibility of litigation against airline companies brought them into the limelight when this "syndrome" was reported.

Cause
The mechanism for thrombosis in travellers is probably due to a combination of immobilisation, dehydration and underlying factors. Additional environmental factors during air travel may possibly include reduced or sudden decrease in atmospheric pressure with consequent desaturation. Patients with disease that predisposes them for thrombosis, such as antiphospholipid syndrome or cancer, are probably at a much greater risk. The highest risk groups include the elderly, pregnant women, those suffering serious medical conditions such as cancer and those with recent orthopedic surgery (legs or knees).[citation needed]

Prevention
Prevention consists of adequate hydration(drinking, abstaining from alcoholic beverages and caffeine), moving around and calf muscle exercises. In patients with a known predisposition for thrombosis, aspirin is often prescribed, as this acts as a mild anticoagulant. Severe risk for thrombosis can prompt a physician to prescribe injections with low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), a form of prophylaxis already in common use in hospital patients.

There is clinical evidence to suggest that wearing compression socks whilst traveling also reduces the incidence of thrombosis in people on long haul flights. A randomised study in 2001 compared two sets of long haul airline passengers, one set wore MediUK mediven travel compression hosiery the others did not. The passengers were all scanned and blood tested to check for the incidence of DVT. The results showed that asymptomatic DVT occurred in 10% of the passengers who did not wear compression socks. The group wearing compression had no DVTs. The authors concluded that wearing elastic compression hosiery reduces the incidence of DVT in long haul airline passengers.

Researches show that office workers who spend long hours of sitting are at high risk for this Syndrome.

這種所謂“經濟客位綜合症”英文是(ECONOMY CLASS SYNDROME)

其學名是“深層靜脈栓塞症”﹐英文是(DEEP VEIN THROM BOSIS)﹐根
據香港心臟專家謝德富醫生解釋﹐經濟客位綜合症的成因是乘客長時
間坐在擠迫座位﹐導致雙腿不能舒展﹐加上航程中飲水不多﹐以致雙
腿靜脈血液流通較慢﹐個別人士甚至出現血液凝固﹐形成血凝塊﹐血
塊移動至心肺便會令血管栓塞﹐引致缺氧或心臟病死亡。

由於此症患者主要是經濟客位乘客﹐因而得名﹐但近年醫學研究
發現﹐頭等機艙乘客亦會患上此症。

以上所述就是此症病名的由來﹐及其前因後果。我們坐飛機之時
﹐特別是長途飛行﹐如有心病患者要倍加小心﹐長途飛行﹐我們腿部
沒有運動﹐才會導致腿部血液循環的栓塞﹐對我們的生命構成了危險
現象。

根據醫生的指示﹐患有心臟病的乘客﹐在飛行旅程結束後的兩個
月內若進行劇烈運動﹐或在烈日下走動﹐體內血液會快速運行﹐可能
會令原本留在腳部血塊游走至肺動脈﹐引致肺部急性栓塞﹐無法供應
血液﹐導致心臟停頓及急性衰竭。

現代人特別是一些生意人﹐時常出國接洽生意或旅遊﹐對於這種
我們知之不深識的經濟客位綜合症絕對不要掉予輕心﹐不可不防。

如患有心臟病或高血壓者﹐要出國作長途的飛行﹐最好是選定商
務艙或頭等艙﹐使腳部的位置比較寬﹐要不然就是要做一些機上的腳
部運動﹐或是站起來走走﹐不要長時間的屈膝而坐﹐那是非常危險的。

醫生忠告﹐由於如今氣候炎熱﹐心臟病患者發病的機會更大﹐心
臟病患者在長途飛行前可穿著壓力襪﹐或由醫生給予阿斯巴靈服食﹐
減低血液凝固機會﹐還有在長途飛行時﹐必須按時飲水補充水份。

據說於前年有一名二十五歲澳洲的女子由新西蘭乘坐十三小時飛
機前往美國﹐數小時後突然心臟病發﹐醫生相信罪魁禍首就是經濟客
位的綜合症。

1. Put some lipstick on your hand..
2. Use a Gold ring to scratch on the lipstick.
3. If the lipstick colour changes to black.
Then you know the lipstick contains lead.

Regular Health Mistakes

All of us make little health mistakes that cause damage to our bodies in the long run - simply because we are unaware we are doing something wrong. Here are some of the most common mistakes made by many of us.

Crossing our legs
Do you cross your legs at your knees when sitting? Although we may believe that this is the lady-like elegant way to sit, sitting this way cuts down circulation to your legs. If you don't want varicose veins to mar the beauty of your legs and compromise your health, uncross your legs every time you realise you have one knee on top of the other. The best way to sit is to simply place both legs together on the floor, balancing your weight equally. If you feel like changing position, instead of crossing your legs, simply move both legs together to one side. As an alternative, you could also consider crossing your legs loosely at the ankles. This is a classically elegant way to sit, and is far better for your legs and your health than sitting with your legs crossed at your knees.

Not changing our toothbrush
How often ! do you change your toothbrush? Most of us wait until most of the bristles have either fallen off, or are in such bad shape that we'd be embarrassed to pull out our brush in public. However, since not many of us need to pull out our brush in public, we carry on with our frayed one until we lose it. Replace your toothbrush often. Damaged bristles can harm the enamel, and don't massage your gums well. If you find brushing your teeth a pain like I do, but know you must do it, you might as well be doing it right. Imagine going through the annoyance of brushing your teeth twice a day only to find out that you're damaging your enamel every time you clean your t! eeth. Also, use a brush with soft bristles unless your dentist has advised otherwise.

Eating out often
There are oils that are high in cholesterol, and oils that cause little harm and are better for your heart. However, no matter how light
the oil is, it is never a good idea to eat too much of it. Avoid fried foods. Remember that in all probability your favorite Indian food
restaurant throws a huge, HUGE chunk of butter in a tiny bowl of dal. Rita, who worked in the kitchen of a 5 star hotel, was shocked when she saw the cook chop a 500gm butter slab in half, and throw half into a Paneer Makhani dish. No wonder the customers left licking their fingers. And no wonder they felt so stuffed and heavy afterwards. Limit outdoor eating unless you know that you're getting served light and healthy food.

Skipping breakfast
Never, ever skip breakfast. Remember, when you wake up in the morning it's been around 10-12 hours since your last meal. Your body needs food now, more than at any other time. Eat a heavy breakfast. You will then be busy through the day, and the calories will get expended quickly. If you are trying to diet, eat a light dinner. Here are some more common health mistakes we make. Being informed and making a few changes can help make us feel a whole lot better.
High heels
High heels sure look great, but they're murder for your back. This however doesn't mean you should steer clear of stilettos. Wear them, but not when you know you will be walking around a lot. Wear them when going out for lunch or dinner - when the only walking you will be doing is to your car, to the table, and back. Avoid high heels when you are going somewhere on foot. If you are constantly tempted to wear your heels, take a good look at your flats. Is there something about them you dislike? Invest in a new pair of beautiful flats or shoes with a low heel. Buy something you love, that you will enjoy wearing. If possible, get a matching bag. You will then enjoy your flats as much as you do your heels.

Sleeping on a soft bed
You don't have to sleep on the floor be kind to your back, but do make sure you have a firm mattress. Although a mattress on springs is soft and lovely to sink into, it's bad for your back. If you already have an old bed with springs, you don't need to invest in a new one - simply get a thick wooden plank put over the springs, and place the mattress on the plank. Similarly, if your mattress is old and lumpy, throw it out and get a new one. Your neck and your back will thank you. The same rule applies to sofas. If you will be spending hours on a sofa, get a firm yet comfortable one. Sofas you completely sink into are not the best idea.

Pillows
No matter how comfortable sleeping with ten cushions is, have pity on your neck and resist. Sleep with one pillow, and make sure it is not too thick. If your pillow gets lumpy, discard it and go for a new one. Chronic Kidney Disease on the Rise, Yet Often Undiagnosed

NEW YORK -- June 26, 2008 -- The high and increasing prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in the general population and its associated all-cause mortality should make the condition a public-health priority, according to authors of an article published in this week's edition of The Lancet.

According to background information from the article, CKD is associated with a wide range of causes of increased mortality, but the public-health effect of this has not been fully assessed. At earlier stages, CKD is believed to be treatable and preventable. But in most countries, national prevalence of CKD data is not yet established or the data have just been assembled, further complicating the full magnitude of the disorder.

Chi-Pang Wen, MD, National Health Research Institutes, Taiwan, Republic of China, and colleagues, have taken advantage of the availability of a cohort of almost half a million patients in Taiwan to assess the prevalence and mortality risks for all stages of CKD and quantify its attributable mortality.

The cohort consisted of 462,293 people aged over 20 years who participated in a standard medical screening programme from 1994. As of December 31, 2006, a total of 14,436 deaths were counted. CKD was calculated using the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and urinary protein levels.

The national prevalence of CKD was almost 12% (similar to that in the United States ), but only 3.54% of the cohort were aware of their disorder (compared with 10% in the United States ). Prevalence was substantially higher in the group with low socioeconomic status (19.87%) than in the high-status group (7.33%).

A total of 56,777 (12%) within the cohort had CKD. Those with the condition had an 83% higher mortality for all causes, and a 100% or higher mortality for cardiovascular causes. The cohort was observed for 13 years with a median follow-up of 7.5 years. Of the deaths in the entire population, 10.3% were attributable to CKD, but this proportion increased to 17.5% in the low socioeconomic status group. Almost 40% of deaths occurred before age 65 in people with CKD.

The authors say that the number of people affected by CKD was several times more than that for diabetes, and more than half the number affected by high blood pressure. They add that the underdiagnosis and undertreatment of CKD is universal, and that the lack of awareness of the problem and the lost opportunities for prevention are global.

"The high prevalence and its associated all-cause mortality, especially in people with low socioeconomic status, make reduction of CKD a public-health priority. Promotion of its recognition through the general public knowing their GFR and testing their urine is crucial to reduce premature deaths from all causes and to attenuate this global epidemic," the authors wrote.

腎臟的保養 (雷久南博士)

腎臟是身體新陳代謝、排除廢物、排毒和維持體內液體平衡的重要器官。全身的血液每小時經過腎臟二十次(血液裡新陳代謝的廢物變成尿排出體外)。腎臟功能失調會引起腰酸背痛、水腫、血液中有尿毒、高血壓、尿道發炎、疲倦、失眠、耳鳴、脫髮、視力模糊、反應遲鈍、情緒低落、恐懼感,甚至神經錯亂。

腎臟靠兩百萬個小過濾器(Nephrons)清除血液的污染。任何進入身體的物質、飲料、食物、空氣和情緒壓力所產生的毒素都會經過腎臟,如果污染物質太多,造成腎臟負擔太重,短期也許會出現阻塞、發炎現象,長期則有結石、功能衰退、血液不乾淨等各種毛病,最嚴重情況要靠人工腎清除血液污染,不然會有生命危險。

預防勝於治療。注意保健,避免對腎臟的傷害才是上上之策。造成腎臟失調的主要原因有下:

1.食用過多的動物性食物,如肉類、雞鴨蛋等(高蛋白質的食物會產生過多尿酸,讓腎臟工作過量)。
2.工作過勞,沒有充分的休閒。
3.服用西藥,如消炎止痛藥、抗生素等。
4.環境污染:水源、土壤、空氣、噪音。
5.飲用酒、咖啡、汽水、冰冷飲料過多。
6.潮濕寒冷的天氣。
7.飲水不夠。

要保護腎臟就要減少以上的傷害,吃清淡的天然素食,充分的休息,飲用過濾水(Reverse Osmosis),一星期一天只吃水果或喝水,讓腎臟有休息的機會。冬天避免腰受寒,腳底按摩、手擦熱按摩腰部、外丹功、氣功等都有強腎的功效。

以下是來自土耳其的三天調腎食療法:

一杯西瓜子壓碎和十二杯水煮三分鐘,過濾,四杯留在室溫,其餘放冰箱,每一小時喝三分之一杯西瓜子。這三天飲食如下:

早餐: 西瓜。
中餐: 酸奶、生熟蔬菜和燕麥麵包(或米飯)。
晚餐: 蒸梨或煮蘋果醬加酸奶或豆奶,隨意吃多少。

三天之後繼續西瓜子菜和西瓜早餐十四天,其他餐則以天然素食為原則。

以下是自然療法的偏方。

腎臟無法排尿:西洋香菜(Parsley)根煮水喝。

腎結石:

1.一天一打檸檬吃五天。
2.一湯匙蒲公英根(乾的)和四杯蘋果汁煮十分鐘過濾,一天喝三次,每次三分之二杯。

腎功能減弱:

補充鎂,深綠色菜、五殼豆類都有豐富的鎂。

辨識中風 (一定要看完啊)

中風辨識要訣

有個朋友,在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了,摔了一跤,旁邊的朋友建議找醫護人員,但她很確定自己沒事,只是穿了新鞋被磚塊絆了一下罷了。瑛格莉還有點危危顫顫站立不穩的時候,朋友們幫她清洗乾淨,又為她承了一盤新的食物,然後她就跟著大家一起享受接下來的時光了。

瑛格莉的先生後來打電話通知大家,他的太太被送到醫院,傍晚六點,瑛格莉就過世了,原因是她在烤肉聚餐的時候中風。

如果他們懂得辨識中風的癥兆,瑛格莉現在也許還跟我們在一起。有些人不會死,但結局是處於無助無望的景況中。

只需要花一分鐘的時間讀完這篇文章,神經科醫師說,如果他能在三小時之內接觸到中風患者,他就可以將中風的後果完全扭轉過來。訣竅就是辨識診斷出中風的問題,並讓病患在三小時之內接受醫療,而這是很難的。

辨識中風

感謝上帝讓我們記住STR三步驟,請閱讀並學習!有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認,不幸的是,缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆,中風患者就會造成嚴重的腦傷。醫生說,旁邊的人只要問三個簡單的問題,就可以辨識中風:

S: (smile) 要求患者笑一下
T:(talk)要求患者說一句簡單的句子(要有條理,有連慣性),  例如:今天天氣晴朗。
R:(raise)要求患者舉起雙手注意:另外一項中風癥兆是:要求患者伸出舌頭,如果舌頭是「彎曲」的,如果舌頭偏向一邊,那也是中風的癥兆。

上面四個動作,患者如果有任何一個動作做不來,就要立刻 Call for help !!!並且把症狀描述給接線員聽。

香蕉中具有抗癌作用

膽結石食療法(雷久南博士方)




第1~5天
每日5顆蘋果,飲食清淡少油,‧蘋果青紅不拘,如果是比較大的蘋果,可以吃少些(比如富士蘋果只吃3顆)‧可打成蘋果汁,每日飲用1000cc。‧市售蘋果汁不純,但有人試過Cere牌有效,每日一大盒就行了。‧吃蘋果是為了軟化結石。

第6天不吃蘋果,飲食清淡少油,過午不食.
6pm :喝一小匙瀉鹽加溫水
8pm :喝一小匙瀉鹽加溫水
10 pm:半杯鮮榨檸檬汁+半杯食用橄欖油混合一次慢慢喝完冷壓式橄欖油最好,若無可用芝麻油或較好的沙拉油‧瀉鹽→放鬆膽管,橄欖油→促使大量分泌膽汁,沖出結石。
‧次日(甚或當晚)開始排出青黑色糞便,結石會浮在水面上,可挑起存證。‧若第一次排出很多結石,可數月後再做一次清除剩下的。‧一般人可一年一次,預防結石。

REMOVING GALLSTONES NATURALLY by Dr Lai Chiu-Nan

In my research in China , I came across some materials which say that people with cancer usually have stones. We all have gallstones. It's a matter of big or small, many or few. One of the symptoms of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel like you can't digest the food.. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area." So if you think you have gallstones, Chiu Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally. The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.

Regimen:

1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.
2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.
3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.
4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.
5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.
PS. 1cup=250ml, 1/2 cup lemon juice=3 lemons (aprox.)
The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. "Usually they float," Chiu Nan notes. "You might want to count them. I have had people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many." "Even if you don't have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have some. It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then.

隨著人口老化,各種慢性疾病的盛行率亦逐年增加,糖尿病即是其中一種。由於糖尿病是百病齊發的病症,且與十大死亡原因中的腦血管疾病(中風)、心臟病、高血壓都有關係,因此對它有一定的了解,才能避免在不知不覺中,讓健康陷入危機。

糖尿病典型症狀 三多一少

糖尿病是一種新陳代謝的疾病,一般來說,初期糖尿病並沒有明顯的症狀。然而,典型的糖尿病患者會有「三多一少」的現象—尿多、喝多、吃多、體重減少,也會有容易疲勞、視力模糊或傷口不易癒合等情形。如果沒有及時治療,任由情況惡化,將會導致血管與器官的嚴重損害,造成糖尿病視網膜病變、冠心病、腦中風和動脈硬化性疾病等。糖尿病對身體的健康影響很大,那麼,那些人是罹患糖尿病的高危險群呢? 研究指出,超過45歲以後,每100人中約有10人會罹患糖尿病;如果本身有糖尿病家族病史,罹患糖尿病的機率,會比一般沒有家族病史的人高出5倍;常喝汽水、加工果汁,吃中西式甜點等精緻糖類製品者,也是糖尿病的高危險群;肥胖、平常較少運動以及經常暴飲暴食的人,罹患糖尿病的機率也比一般人高。定期測量血糖 掌握健康 血糖值一旦超過診斷標準,便算是糖尿病,不一定要有尿糖存在才算糖尿病,因此,定期測量血糖值是有必要的。為有效防範糖尿病的發生,美國糖尿病協會提出兩項糖尿病的診斷標準:1.至少有2次以上在測量空腹血糖值時,血糖值大於126mg/dl;2.出現糖尿病典型症狀(多喝、多尿、多吃、體重下降等)及任一時間血糖值大於200mg/dl。

三低一高飲食 有助預防

除了定期測量血糖值外,定時定量並保持「三低一高」的飲食原則-低油、低鹽、低糖、高纖維也很重要。良好的運動習慣,更能幫助維持理想的體重避免肥胖,降低糖尿病發生的機率。 定期測量血糖值、維持運動習慣、平時注意飲食,是及早發現糖尿病,並及早採取適當防範措施的最佳方式。

定期健檢的重要

國人十大死因有一半以上屬於慢性文明病,早期都沒有明顯的病徵,一經發現大多為時已晚。健康檢查可早期發現潛在的致病因子,早期做矯正治療;觀察身體各項功能反應,適時適度做改善;加強對自己身體的了解,改善不良的生活習慣,避免危險因子產生。所以,定期健康檢查,是「每個人」應有的保健觀念。

哪些人需要做定期健康檢查?

健康檢查對「沒有症狀」、「外表沒有症狀」的正常人特別有意義,因為缺乏日常及身體的警告訊號,一旦症狀發生,其實已經錯過早期治療的良機。人的身體狀況隨時改變,長期的注意與維護十分重要。定期的健康檢查能「早期發現疾病」和「發現早期疾病」,以趁早採取必要的措施和適當處理。一般檢查的對象分為「一般民眾」和「高危險群」(即本身有特殊狀況或家族病史),目前「一般民眾」宜定期做健康檢查,「高危險群」者應依醫師建議,增加健檢的項目與頻率。

做不做健康檢查,可能有十五年的壽命差距

透過健康檢查發現身體的所有病徵,是大家共同的期望。但目前的醫學科技,對於疾病篩檢仍有空窗期和檢驗技術上的盲點,並不能百分之百完全被篩檢出來。但是,根據日本、美國等健康檢查非常普及的國家研究,有沒有定期做健康檢查,可能有高達十五年的壽命差距;證明預防醫學是提高自己健康與壽命最好、也最必要的方法。
